ONLINE REGISTRATION HELPKey Dates20th Jan 09 Online Registration opens. 28th Feb 09 Online Registration closes. 10th Mar 09 Payment (in the form of a cheque) must have arrived with the rodeo treasurer. 28rd Feb/10th Mar 09 During this time a small number of changes may be made by contacting the NSR team. 27th – 29th Mar 09 NSR 2009 User Name and PasswordIf you do not know your Uni’s username and password for the online registration system (which is the same as last year) please E mail the NSR team providing some proof that you are your Uni’s captain / competitions sec (link to a page on your club’s website etc.) Once you have this information follow the online registration link from the NSR home page and then the Log in link. Uni InfoOnce logged in please navigate to the Uni Info page. The names, E mail addresses and phone numbers of the club captain and comp sec can be updated form here. Please keep these fields up to date, as we get closer to the event important information will be sent to these addresses. Sign up sheetWe have designed a sign up sheet for you to pin up on your clubs notice board it has all the same fields as the database so it should be quick and easy to add all of your entrants. Download the sign up sheet from here. Adding entrantsOnce you have a full sign up sheet log back in and click the “Entrant List” link at the bottom of the page is a button for adding entrants clicking this will take you to a new page allowing you to fill out a number of boxes to register one competitor/spectator at a time. Making ChangesChanges can be made to any of your entrances before the closing date, after that you will have a chance to make a few changes be E mailing them to the NSR team between the 23rd of Feb and the 2nd of March 09. There will be no chance to make changes after this point. MoneyRegistering your entrants on the online system does not confirm your place at NSR 09 in order to do this the Rodeo Treasurer must receive a payment for your entrants by the 20th of February. Clicking on the money page will show you a total payable and provide an address to send our cheque to. Please make cheques payable to LUU and write your Uni’s name on the back. Bib DepositsDue to the numbers of bib’s “lost” each year we now require that a bib deposit cheque (£5 per bib) is sent to the rodeo treasurer before the 4th of March. On returning all of your Uni’s bibs (in one numerically ordered pile at the end of the weekend) the cheque will be returned to you. This cheque will not be cashed unless your Uni fails to return its bibs. ContactIf you have any problems please contact the NSR Team.
